Congratulations to my client, 3Style Kitchens for being named the best Home & Garden Retailer in Wakefield in the recent Wakefield Retail Awards. The award was made at a dinner event on 17th May.
We identified the awards as part of our marketing strategy to raise the profile of the company and give it credibility as a business in a highly competitive market. Just a small company, MD Dean Clements had never considered entering awards before and was delighted to win on the first time of entering. The Wakefield Retail Awards celebrate the best of the retail businesses in the Wakefield district and include categories such as best online retailer, best national retailer, best evening retailer and best voluntary sector retailer. The profile of the awards fit very well with 3Style Kitchens as the company specifically targets the Wakefield area and deals purely with domestic customers.
According to the judges, 3Style’s success was based on the strong customer service that we demonstrated in our entry through customer testimonials and the added value that we offer through the website and after sales. You can read more about it on the Wakefield Express website.
Winning the award has brought the company to the attention of many who would not have come across it and we’ve seen a 40% increase in web traffic in the short time since the winners were announced.
