I am now a registered Growth Voucher adviser. This is a government scheme that allows small to medium businesses access strategic advice in a number of disciplines with match funding of up to £2000.
Growth Vouchers are allocated randomly to those who meet the criteria and apply. If successful, you choose from the registered advisers listed, agree and conduct a programme of support, pay for it in full and then claim back 50% of the fees up to a limit of £2000. That means you could receive a package of £4000 for just half that cost.
Growth Voucher advisers must be members of a professional body and hold professional indemnity insurance, as well as be qualified to give appropriate strategic advice.
