On 24th September 2013 I will be delivering a free workshop for the Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce on how to write compelling, marketing focused copy for business. Entitled ‘It’s only words’ the seminar will be held at the Chamber’s Wakefield office 8:30-10:00.
You’ve no doubt heard the phrase ‘content is king’ used frequently; well this is your opportunity to learn a little more about how to create great copy that is designed to engage with your audiences. We’ll look at how to structure your copy; how to find the right tone and style; how to include the right content; and how to adapt it for different marketing channels. We’ll also look at the marketing theory behind your copy to ensure that your communications remain consistent with your business strategy.
